Technical Success Manager (full-time)

Solve is a funded startup with a presence in Wellington, NZ, and in New York and Portland, USA. We’re building a data warehouse platform optimised for ecommerce customers. It’s our belief that a brand's competitive edge is in how well it can operate on the dataset. At Solve, we’re elevating the traditional data warehouse to make it real-time and actionable, and we’re looking for a technically savvy curious person that thrives on making sure customers are successful with our product.

You’ll need to have a strong understanding of technology so that you are able to translate customer goals into actionable tasks that deliver successful outcomes. You’ll be the voice of the customer ensuring post-sales success and delivering continual improvement to their data practices as new product features are released.

You’ll be responsible for the following:

An interest in coding and ability to find and report bugs effectively back to the product and engineering teams is a bonus. We don’t expect you to write code but understanding the basic fundamentals will help have informed conversations with customers and the team.

This role is based in Wellington, New Zealand. We support work-from-home flexible working.
